Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring a Journeyman HVAC Installer to step into a key leadership-level install role. This person will bring strong field knowledge, journeyman-level credentials, and the ability to lead complex installs with minimal oversight. The company is specifically looking for an experienced installer who can strengthen the team immediately and help keep projects moving at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation work on residential and commercial projects
• Install equipment, duct systems, and related HVAC components
• Review job layouts and ensure work is completed accurately
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards on every job
• Support and guide less-experienced installers as needed

Qualifications

• Valid local journeyman HVAC license required 
• 5 or more years of HVAC installation experience required
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial installation work
• Ability to lead jobs and work independently
• Reliable, professional, and quality-driven

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time. W-2 employment
• Pay: $40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience
