Elite Heating and Cooling serves homeowners and businesses across the Wentzville area with heating, cooling, indoor air quality, commercial HVAC, and water heater services. The company describes itself as family-owned, community-focused, and committed to high standards of workmanship and service. 

Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Installer for its install team. This role is ideal for someone who already has foundational HVAC knowledge through tech school or at least two years of field experience and is ready to continue building a long-term career. The work supports both residential and commercial installs and offers the chance to learn alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system installations for residential and commercial jobs
• Install equipment, ductwork, and related components
• Follow installation plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Support lead installers and contribute to efficient project completion
• Keep tools, materials, and job sites organized
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

• Tech school training in HVAC or 2 or more years of installation experience 
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred for certain job duties 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time. W-2 employment
• Pay: $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience
