Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to serve homeowners with diagnostic, repair, and service expertise. This is a key customer-facing role for someone with strong technical skills and the professionalism to communicate clearly with clients. The company is looking for an experienced technician who can step in with confidence and help maintain the high service standards the brand promotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and maintenance work
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every visit
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Uphold company standards for quality, integrity, and excellence

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and represent the company well
• Valid driver's license required 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time. W-2 employment
• Pay: $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
