Elite Heating and Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company serving Wentzville and the surrounding areas with residential and commercial heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and water heater services. Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to support the install team with shop fabrication and ductwork production. This role is especially important as the company strengthens its internal sheet metal capabilities and supports both residential and commercial projects. The right candidate will have solid hands-on experience with HVAC sheet metal work and be comfortable helping keep fabrication moving efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate ductwork and HVAC sheet metal components for upcoming jobs
• Use plasma cutting and other fabrication tools safely and effectively
• Read layouts, measurements, and field notes to produce accurate pieces
• Support install crews by preparing materials in advance
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and productive shop environment
• Contribute to both residential and commercial HVAC projects

Qualifications

• 2 years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience required (including duct fabrication and plasma cutting) 
• Ability to read measurements and fabricate accurately
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time. W-2 employment
• Pay: $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
